To provide the NANOREGEN complex of the highest quality for better clinical outcomes, Advancells has defined significant resources in Exosome characterization and quality management systems as per cGMP standards.
Our protocol comprises multi-modality characterization of MSC-derived exosomes including Flow analysis, quantification through Nanosight Nano Tracking Analysis, Confirmation using ELISA-protein analysis, RNA sequencing analysis, Electron Microscopy, and toxicological studies to ensure complete purity, and consistency of each production line. These super-advanced techniques for the characterization of exosomes can be presented upon request.
Exosomes are cell-free components released by specific adult stem cells within the tissue. These exosomes are microvesicles that are liberated in the extracellular spaces of the tissue, during the process of cellular regeneration, release of growth factors, and healing. They are the nanoparticles representing a fixed “Cargo” of RNA, DNA, peptides, proteins, and other metabolites. On a generalized note, exosomes carry healthy and lost information to be inserted into target cells to promote healing.
Exosomes do not promote any differentiation and/or tissue-specific cell regeneration; but they train other tissue-specific cells that are regenerated due to stem cell differentiation to perform a defined task, through the insertion of missing cell information. Go on to understand a detailed step-wise mechanism of healing through our unique “NanoRegen Complex”.
Stage 1: Infusion of stem cells and stem cells derived exosomes in the body. Exosomes influence and control stem cell activities and direct them at the site of injury through internal signals.
Stage 2: The moment stem cell reaches the site of injury, it starts getting signals from other cells at the site; as to what is required for healing like production of new cells, reprogramming of dysfunctional cells, more secretion of growth factors, etc. as per which stem cell starts working.
Stage 3: As the new cells are produced with the help of stem cells, the exosomes “cargo” system can hijack these cells and quenches immediate inflammatory response. These inflammatory immune responses are read by other receptor cells present at the adjacent sites, helping them to regulate and reprogram cell function and aid their repair processes. This will last up to 3 months.
